V3 GPS Interface

Interfacing a V3 Spreader Control System is a simple, straight forward process.

Below is an outline of the steps required to interface a V3 spreader Control System to a GPS system.

• Step One
  
  • Contact JWE to arrange an interface cable that will best suit your setup.

• Step Two
  
  • Check the V3 Spreader Control System's software version.
  
  
  • The latest V3 systems are already compatable, while some of the older versions will require a free software upgrade. If your V3 system is very old, there is a chance a minor hardware change will be required at a small cost.

• Step Three
  
  • Turn on the GPS function in the settings and set the correct communication baud rate.
